I can't decide if I want to blog journal style or on certain topics that I fancy. Perhaps a little of both?! I was doing research today for a project that is suppose to be similar to things I will be encountering within my career. To be honest I had put it off because I had no idea where to begin or what exactly was expected, plus the example paper sent out was 27 pages and that seemed a little daunting to me. However I made some notes on the general lay out to begin and then finally did a Google search to begin the background research in hopes that it would give me an idea of what direction I should head in. I didn't realize the improvement my research skills have had since when I first entered university, until this point; three years later. It was really satisfying to see that I now knew the organizations that would have information pertaining to what I was covering rather than searching aimlessly through journals. And I feel relieved in figuring it out and setting a path in which to follow.
